What do you/as a group hope to learn?
As a we group we would like to learn the value of being selfless. Selflessness in our own definition is to put yourself before others. We hope that we can learn this characteristic from helping the orphans of Uganda and also hope that we can become selfless as a group and as individuals.

What leadership skills/traits are you trying to exhibit?
We are trying to show the leadership skills of kōkua/being helpful, kuleana/having responsibility, and hōʻihi/being respect. We are showing kōkua by helping the Orphans of Uganda and by raising money to aid in their projects donations. We are showing that we have a kuleana to the people of earth by caring not for only the people of Hawaiʻi, America, or our family members, but for the children, the future of Uganda. We are showing our hōʻihi to the children and people of Uganda because we are not looking upon them as a third world country or poor unfortunate souls, but as people who are in need of help that our group can provide.

What are the challenges you face in completing this project.
Our group is not positive on what exact challenges we could possibly face, but we do know that there will definitely be challenges that cross our path. Though we are sure one challenge, will we meet our desired goal? This is a question that has to be in the back of our groups mine if we actually of want to meet our goal.
